Djerbakit

We did 1 week of lessons/rental/storage with them. Friendly and kind people, always willing to help. Boat rescue, no questions asked. They even give you a lift upwind in the lagoon so you can kite for longer! Good equipment. The place is perfect for learning, shallow water and lots of space. Competent instructors. Their base is a bit basic (only bottled water available), so bring your own food/drinks. There's nothing around to buy anything. 2 small outdoor showers available and 1 toilet. One thing to improve: it would be good if they had radios on the helmets so the instructors can talk to the students. 100% recommended!

Kitesurfing with DjerbaKite was an amazing experience. From the first contact to the last lesson – everything was professional, well-organized, and relaxed. The school offers perfect conditions: a wide, shallow lagoon with warm water, steady wind, and a chill atmosphere. Learning is fast, safe, and super enjoyable. Momo is a top-level instructor – skilled, patient, full of good energy, and he knows how to teach. You make real progress with him. But Momo is not only about kite. He shared a lot about Djerba and Tunisia – local life, culture, and traditions. He even let us taste real Tunisian food, which we truly appreciated! Also big thanks to Ons – another great guy. Always helpful, friendly, and full of good vibes. Thanks for letting us park our camper right next to the DjerbaKite school – that made everything even better. We went to Djerba hoping to find the right place, people, gears and spot for kiting. We chose this school because it just felt more than right from the very first minute after starting talking to the owner Nader and instructors. For me it was my first time trying kitesurf, and I needed to feel safe in order to develop confidence and continue with the classes, I am so lucky that I got to get classes with Mondher! He was the most patient and caring and made me feel safe and reassured all the time. Ons was also super kind to us and was always alert and ready to help. The spot is great for beginners and more experienced people and the school has all the equipment needed if you don’t bring your own. I can’t be happier of choosing Djerba kite for my first experience and we are already talking about when to come back. We already miss you Momo and Ons!

Was für ein fantastischer Kitesurf-Spot und Club!! Die Lagune ist sowohl für Anfänger als auch für fortgeschrittene Kiter einfach perfekt. Viel Platz, tolle Winde und warmes Wasser! Ich wurde dort wirklich gut betreut, Nader, der Besitzer, sorgt dafür, dass alles super reibungslos läuft, und Mondher ist ein toller Lehrer, der sich wirklich darum kümmert, dass man so gut wie möglich Fortschritte macht. Er hat es auch geschafft, ein paar tolle Aufnahmen von mir beim Kiten zu machen, was eine ziemliche Leistung ist! Alle im Team waren super nett. Sie haben sich auch sehr freundlich um die Betreuung meines Sohnes gekümmert, während ich auf dem Wasser kitete, und ich glaube, sie denken tatsächlich darüber nach, bald einen Kinderclub einzurichten, damit Eltern das Kiten mit gutem Gewissen genießen können! :) Bestnoten!!
