If you ever visited a casino in Vegas I highly recommend NOT EVER stepping foot in this place. Despite the flood of bad reviews for the last 3 years, no changes have been made, it gotten worse. The staff is by far the world least professional and disrespectful. You would think you walked into a prison to visit your incarcerated dad, that's how poorly you get treated. The staff literally looks annoyed with you for making them work. If you're lucky, you get totally ignored which is just as good since the staff doesn't help anyway. Upon entering you are hit by a gut ranching smell due to lack of air circulation. Then comes the ugly truth....you are literally taken back to an era before Bugsy of Las Vegas ..old carpet, few and old machines, many out of commission bc they're broken. . Then you are asked for your ID, not to ensure legal age, no to make sure you are a foreigner bc locals don't have the right to play. Once you present your ID, she goes on and asks for your passport. I definitely bursted laughing at this stage bc the reason was me speaking the local language!!!! So imagine for a second those millions of tourists in Vegas who visit Vegas and spend millions , imagine having to prove that they are not Americans in order to buy a few token....... OMG they all need to get business training AND CRM training......This place is definitely something to avoid at all cost if you don't want to ruin your vacation. The casino is bankrupt bc when we walked in it literally had 4 people if the state didn't subsidize this joke of a casino, it would have closed its doors ages ago. They don't have a clue as to what running a casino entails, how to keep all machines and tables full of people....nah this casino manager isn't at all stressed since his job is secure and paid for by Tunisian taxpayers money. Don't be fooled by the building from the outside go visit the crocodile farm instead so you can experience good management and great customer service.
It took 15 minutes to get acknowledged and provided with menus. 20 more to order and 1 hour to receive the order. After we asked for the bill 4 times we left the money on the table after 30 minutes of waiting. There were more than 20 waiters in the place and still everyone around felt frustrated from waiting.
Great experience! Wonderful place. As an American, we were able to enjoy our time here with full respect. The staff is helpful, kind, and enjoyable. Would highly recommend for a stay or for a night out!!
Loved going there for a calm dinner and loved attending the ex radisson party event as well.
The staff are well trained and pleasant and the food is great
