An authentic and charming guest house, large, clean suites with comfortable beds. A large swimming pool surrounded by palm trees 🌴 🌴 🌴 The staff is pleasant and attentive. Peaceful and calm atmosphere. The Mezraya patio is ideal for resting and recharging your batteries. I highly recommend it. Thank you for this pleasant and memorable stay at the Mezraya patio in Djerba la Douce❤️

Beautiful place with charm. Not easy to find because there is no signage. Very light breakfast, I was expecting something homemade (omelet pancakes, etc.) but yogurt, day-old bread, boiled eggs, coffee and milk. Leaking toilet and so-called balneotherapy bathtub ☹️ leaking and VMC making noise

Great stay at the Patio de Mezraya. The welcome is warm, the decoration is sophisticated and well thought out, the swimming pool is in the middle of a great setting. The rooms are clean and well maintained. I recommend 100%

Bad experience, to avoid absolutely!! We are used to discovering guest houses every year in different regions and this time we were seduced by the photos of the garden and patio. We therefore made a reservation and a 40% transfer of the amount of the stay. During our stay we had a professional obligation on the island and then we planned to spend the rest of the week there to rest. When we arrive we are asked to pay the entire stay before visiting the rooms. And then the shock!! Dark, distasteful and dirty room. The walls are dirty, but according to the manager these are traces of varnish left by those who have just left and they did not have time to clean. But it doesn't stop there, the bathroom windows overlook the garden without blinds without curtains to our amazement the manager's response is that the curtains are not hygienic and they removed them. We ask to cancel, No!! We then tell him that they can keep the advance made by transfer but that we ask to be reimbursed for the rest that we have just paid and that we would leave at the end of our professional obligations, that is to say after 2 days. He then tells us that he is going to check with the other owners and since then we have not seen him anymore and if we ever come across him, he hides or pretends to be busy and runs in the opposite direction. Here are the supporting photos of the condition of the room, a dirty dripping air conditioner, cobwebs on the lamps and windows, dirty curtains, a rusty so-called jacuzzi tub with a moldy pipe, insects, a disgusting old mattress not to mention the musty smell and humidity. Insufficient lighting not enough spotlights for the size of the room. A fan that automatically turns on in the bathroom, turning on the light with a deafening noise. Breakfast was to be served from 7 a.m. and as we worked at 8 a.m. it suited us but another lie, 7:30 a.m. 7:45 a.m. always closed. The only positive thing about this place was the rest of the staff who were friendly and kind. We left at the end of our professional obligations while the rest of the stay was paid and not reimbursed. Absolutely avoid!!! This establishment is not a guest house, perhaps a hostel instead!!! It was a nightmare.
